We expect all applications to be submitted by September 1, 2013. The selection process is expected to take several weeks, and this year's selected organization/building project will be notified via email.
Eligible building projects range from building operations and maintenance to renovations to new construction.

Where communities are built, how communities are designed, and how they ultimately perform has a tremendous impact upon the environment and nearby residents of a neighborhood. Smart Growth and New Urbanism are two leading strategies for sustainable design that complement green design in the new LEED for Neighborhood Development certification system. Learn more about these two planning philosophies and how they can be implemented on the project level.
This session is approved for 1.5 hours of LEED Specific (ND) GBCI hours as well as 1.5 AIA/CES LU/HSW/SD hours.
