The Florida Capital Region Chapter is a membership organization that encompasses the Florida counties of Holmes, Washington, Jackson, Calhoun, Gulf, Franklin, Liberty, Gadsden, Wakulla, Leon, Jefferson, Madison, and Taylor.

Mission Statement:

The mission of the Florida Capital Region Chapter of the USGBC is to have a positive impact on Florida's environment, economy, and social well-being by:

• Promoting LEEDTM and other sustainable building practices and technologies.
• Encouraging green and sustainable design, construction, and operation of buildings.
• Developing green and sustainable building standards, design practices, and technologies.
• Providing outreach and education to our members and communities.
